The new pizza box!
This new pizza box needs to start making its way into every pizza store, supermarket anything that sells pizza! Not only is it ecofriendly, but it has a delicious treat in it too! The pizza box looks like a regular one, but can be broken up into four plates, saving the rest of the box to keep leftovers in!
Some might think, how is this environmentally friendly? Well my fellow readers, this pizza box allows you to use a lot less resources you normally would with a regular pizza box! Since you can break it into four plates, there is no need for extra paper plates or ceramic plates, or water and soap you would need to clean those plates. It also saves a lot of space in your fridge, it becomes half the size of a normal pizza box!

Porsche Hybrid
Hello, Porsche made a hybrid! This is one of the most exciting news ever, seeing as I honestly love Porsche! This 911 GT3 R Hybrid has front-wheel hybrid drive and a flywheel system that uses breaking to create kinetic energy. Ain't it exciting? ...and did I mention how gorgeous it is? Read more about this car and check out all of the great pictures here!

Addicted to Plastic
I saw a documentary this past Wednesday called Addicted to Plastic and I just want to say how informative and eye-opening it was! I didn't realize that plastic is actually very common in our lives and can be found almost everywhere, like glasses, containers, cans and toys!
Although it was very informative, it was also quite sad, seeing that plastic is pretty much indestructible, contains a number of chemicals and has a HUGE impact on wildlife. For example, (*spoiler alert!) one of the guys in the documentary disected a seagull and found big pieces of plastic in its stomach! Not only does wildlife get affected, we humans also do. Remember the food chain you learned in elementary school? Well, smaller fragments of plastic found in water attract bacteria that makes it look like fish food, which the fish then eat. And guess who eats the fish...
On a happier note, the documentary also showcased a lot of new things people are doing to help the cause. This includes new plastics, which are a lot better than the old stuff! For example, some plastics can now dissolve in water and some are edible! Other people have also been able to reuse old plastics to create various products. Pretty cool stuff that would help out the earth a lot!
If you have the time, definitely give this documentary a watch! For the meantime, check out the trailer below!

Calculate your ecological footprint!
A great way to realize how much of an impact you have on the environment is through calculating your ecological footprint. It considers various factors, such as how much meat you eat, the type of transportation you use and daily habits, to name a few.
The following link is a very easy and informative way to calculate your ecological footprint! So here ya go!
http://www.myfootprint.org/
After taking the quiz, we would need 2.89 Earths to live my lifestyle. This isn't too bad, but we need to remember that we only have ONE Earth to live on!
